Jouw rol als EHS Advisor

As an EHS Advisor, you will become the person of safety excellence within our client's subsea operations. You will manage environmental responsibility and workplace safety within our integrated project teams and ensure that every operation meets the highest industry standards. In this role, you will translate regulatory requirements into practical solutions that protect both our people and the ecosystem, while supporting our mission offshore projects.

What are you gonna do?

  • EHS program development: You design and implement comprehensive environmental, health and safety policies that align with industry best practices and regulatory standards;
  • Safety supervision: You conduct systematic audits, inspections and risk assessments to maintain operational excellence during all project phases;
  • Training execution: You provide targeted EHS training programs for employees and project teams and build competencies at all organizational levels;
  • Incident management: You lead investigations into incidents and near misses and develop feasible corrective measures to prevent recurrence;
  • Performance monitoring: You monitor and report on EHS indicators, using data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

What are you bringing?

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety, Occupational Safety or related technical field;
  • At least 3 years of proven experience in EHS roles, preferably within subsea, offshore or maritime industries;
  • Extensive knowledge of international EHS regulations and offshore safety standards;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions;
  • Excellent English communication skills for multicultural project environments.

  • €60,000 / €80,000 gross annual salary with performance-oriented components;
